Do you offer reception packages?
No; I don't. I only offer the ceremony service.

What's the maximum number of attendees allowed?

Do you provide or assist with hotel or travel arrangements?
Not at this time; but I will gladly make suggestions based on your needs.

How long does the ceremony last?
The ceremony lasts an average of 15 to 20 minutes.

My package includes bride's flowers; which type/color are they?
Contact me directly with your requests.

What time is sunset/sun down?
It depends on the date. Click here to view sunset times.

What happens if it rains during by beach ceremony?
We can always wait a few minutes to see if the bad weather clears out. If is only light rain, we will proceed with the ceremony as scheduled. I do NOT provide a backup location. The couple is responsible for having a backup location we can use in case of rain. Talk to your hotel/resort and find out if we can perform the ceremony there.

Can you suggest a "private" or "secluded" beach?
All beaches in the State of Florida are public and even with an event permit we are NOT allowed to "secure" or "rope-off" any space on the beach. The best way to avoid crowds is avoiding weekends, Holidays or early PM ceremonies.

Is there a place to change at the beach?
Of course not; these are open beaches not wedding venues!

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are NOT refundable and are NOT transferable under ANY circumstances - no exceptions - if you cancel your reservation you do not get your deposit back.

What happens if I need to postpone my ceremony?
You may postpone your event once with advanced notification for a future date no more than 6 months away from the original date. All payments will be applied towards your future date and some restrictions apply.

How far in advanced can I reserve your services or a package?
I accept reservations for ceremonies up to a year away but I may accommodate you with as little as a few days notice as long as we have availability and payment in full is received ahead of time.
